IFS Intensives
Subscription rates available as supplements to weekly/biweekly therapy with me or another therapist. If you would like weekly or biweekly 90 minute appointments, talk with Anne-Marie about rates.
IFS intensives can be beneficial for the following reasons:
It allows for the full IFS arc to be experienced in one session.
You do not need to be a current client to sign up for an intensive. You can keep your current therapist.
For those who are IFS-curious, you can get a feel for the work and see if it is a good fit for you.
There are no commitments to a regular schedule for those who need maximum flexibility.
Those who have completed IFS intensives will have priority for appointments when scheduling from the waitlist.
